I tend to be a positive person, at least I try to be. I have my moments where a flood of negative thoughts rush in and I do my best to turn the switch to positive. I find its helpful to do some yoga, go for a walk, or go to the gym and make my mind focus on something else. We decide how we feel from one minute to the next. Outside forces are strongly working against us now and then, but ultimately, your mood is up to you. So smile, laugh out loud, listen to a good song and dance around your living room. Smiling really is contagious.
