In honor of the first day of summer here is the recipe for one of my favorite cocktails!
Bubby's Bay Breeze
3 oz Vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz of club soda
a dash of cranberry juice
a slice of pineapple
Add Vodka, pineapple juice, club soda, and cranberry juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Serve on the rocks with a slice of pineapple.
