1. Walk or run for 5 minutes
2. 20 push ups
3. Walk or run for 5 minutes
4. 20 Squats
5. Walk or run for 5 minutes
6. 20 lunges
7. Walk or run for 5 minutes
8. Hold a plank for one minute
9. Walk or run for 5 minutes
10. 20 ab crunches
